1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ap33 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly whenever it changes. ap33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. ap33 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You must notify ap33 support immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. ap33 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

ap33 is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe will result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals until verification is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ap33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published in your ap33 account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ap33 account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. ap33 does not accept cash deposits or any payment method not listed in your account dashboard. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. ap33 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, AML (anti-money laundering) checks, or investigation of suspicious activity. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, except where otherwise approved by ap33 compliance.

4.4 Fees

ap33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ap33's control and are your responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ap33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. 5.4 ap33's Right to Modify Promotions

ap33 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing wagering commitments already accepted by a player will be honored under the original terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the ap33 platform — including live casino, slots, bingo, keno, and circle games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or are conducted by accredited live dealers operating under controlled studio conditions. 6.2 Bet Acceptance

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker and coordinated betting strategies.

ap33 reserves the right to suspend accounts, freeze balances, and report prohibited conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR, the AMLC, and the NBI, without prior notice to the account holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ap33 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any ap33 content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization from ap33.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ap33 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ap33 platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;

• Interruptions, errors, or delays in platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

ap33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ap33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy

ap33's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the ap33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account on ap33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ap33 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

12 Termination

ap33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, for suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason that ap33 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, ap33 may withhold some or all of your account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ap33 support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not extinguish any outstanding obligations you owe to ap33, including any pending bonus wagering requirements or disputed transaction investigations.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ap33's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ap33 operates under the oversight of PAGCOR and complies with all applicable Philippine legislation, including but not limited to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175).

14 Amendments

ap33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ap33 will notify registered account holders via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the ap33 platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the ap33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the ap33 platform and request account closure before the amendments take effect.
